UPDATE: The TOC and Search buttons do not work if you check Hide Navigation Pane on Startup in the skin. If you uncheck it, the buttons work.

I have just finished creating a fairly large project in Flare 4.2.1 and released it to production. It is hosted on a web server. The Help includes Search and TOC, but no Index or Glossary.
