Make sure that the image is contained in a paragraph tag. That should fix it. In the following code, the first image reference is what you'd want; the second image reference will cause the problem you are experiencing.

I don't know of any way to include the comments in the report; but I can see why that feature would be important if you're passing the report to others, as you are. Passing along a tip from Ginny, a fellow Rochester Flare User Group member ... the extra .js files are needed to support Chrome. If you don't need to support Chrome, you can delete the .js files from the Data folder with no ill effect.

If re-installing doesn't work, I would check with MadCap Tech Support. FrameMaker V10 was released after Flare V6, so I don't know how Flare V6 could know of its existence or what it is called. Maybe the name or location of the FM executable changed. I don't know how Flare "recognizes" tha...

It's not you. Are you using Flare on a computer running XP? On a computer running XP, the dark highlight obscures the text of the index entry. On a computer running Vista (and probably Windows 7 also), the text is easy to see because the highlight color is much lighter.

Have you considered using Flare V7's External Resources feature to store and maintain the import file? Yes, I think they're a bit fuzzy compared to Version 6. Also, the active tab is no longer bold.

I just tried this in Versions 7, 6 and 5. I get the same result in Versions 7 and 6, but Flare allows me to put a period in a condition tag in Version 5. I doubt that MadCap Software intentionally removed this ability. I suspect that this was a bug that appeared while they were working on version 6....
