Update: The posted solution above did not work with Flare 2020 r3, and Dave Lee provided the reason and an updated solution in the Flare Slack channel. Posting his solution here.

I'd guess it doesn't work in the latest version of Flare, as variables in the output are now enclosed in a span ...

How do I display the TOC intially open?
I would like the TOC (showing all books and topics) to display open when the help is first displayed (rather than closed). Is there a way to do this? I looked at the skin properties and also the TOC property for the book and didn't see anything in either place.

I am developing a large help system for a web application. Users of this web application will have various permissions allowing them access to different parts of the webapp - for example, customers, production, and administrators.
When customers click Help, they should see only the books/topics ...
