Re: Subversion - To Plug-In or Not to Plug-In
Thanks, Ramon. Yes, a few of us have used Tortoise for a while, and as we're thinking things through we just not seeing a downside to keeping on using it. Thanks for the reply.

Re: Subversion - To Plug-In or Not to Plug-In
I'd like to bump this.
We're starting to move all documentation into SVN and the remaining piece is our Flare output. I've looked in the forums and seen that PushOK is getting traction - but it's hardly positive feedback I'm seeing. Is anyone simply using Tortoise? If so, any issues? What does the ...

Re: numbered lists - with no numbers
Hey,
1. I'd not checked the medium - but on checking I found it was not the issue.
2. The output does not display with numbers.
Gary

Re: numbered lists - with no numbers
Checked all of them - unfortunately, all are set correctly, so the problem remains.
Thanks for the quick feedback, Lisa. Any other advice welcome.

numbered lists - with no numbers
This has to be easy to fix.
I create a numbered list, but rather than see:
1. jjjjjjjj
2. iiiiiiii
3. gggggg
I see:
jjjjjjjj
iiiiii
ggggggggg
The html is fine. ol(s) and li(s) all present and accounted for (and it works fine in a text editor - I checked it). I'm assuming there's something in ...

tabbing and 508
Not sure what to do here. We have a webhelp project that must be 508 compliant. When a user clicks the help link in the application, a new tab opens in the browser and the help displays. That's cool.
Unfortunately, that new tab does not have focus in a way that allows for the user to start hitting ...

Re: failed to compile / failed to run
Hey,
Many thanks for the feedback. We're going to try a few more things to figure this out, but I'm guessing we wont end up with a definitive answer.
And yes, I can't help but feel the briefcase is involved. I'll definitely check out sync toy -- thanks for the tip.

Re: failed to compile / failed to run
Hey--
Yes. She has rebooted and tried again. No dice.
<edit>
An important additional piece of info that has come to hand - the files were moved between laptop and share using Windows Briefcase. I've not used it myself, but it sounds like the "Briefcase" automatically syncs with the share. Has ...

failed to compile / failed to run
My colleague wanted to work locally on a Flare project, so she went out on the share, copied the project, then saved it locally on her laptop.
Everything worked. Edit, preview, compile -- everything was okay.
When she got done working locally she saved the project back out onto the share. Same ...
