This is my first project in Flare so probably a question with an obvious staring-me-in-the-face answer.
When I got the corrections back from the reviewers (using X-Edit), the reviewer column is empty. How do I ensure that this contains the reviewer's name?

My tables are not displayed correctly in Firefox or Chrome but are OK in IE6.

This is my first real project but as a clueless noob, I don't know enough to fix it. Any pointers gratefully accepted.
