Re: Flare V5, I recently upgraded to Windows 7 and now whenever I open a project, a Messages pane opens at the bottom of the screen and displays:

Do your TOC's have unique names, or do they all use the default 'Master' filename?
If the latter, then each import is probably overwriting the previous one. If so, go to the source projects and rename the files, then re-import the TOCs.

I had a similar problem in Flare 5 when I capitalized the first letter in a small caps word--PDF output would sometimes break the line between the first letter and the rest of the word during word wrap. It looks similar here in that it may be considering the first letter to be a separate word--is ...

Hi George,
Check the Flare help for information on alias files and header files. I have not used this yet myself, but will need to do it soon, and I believe there is an auto-assign feature of some kind.
