Jeff, I don't use the PushOK module mentioned but I use SVN Tortoise and it sounds like you just need to refresh your window (i.e., press F5). Once you commit your changes they are posted to the repository and available to all users but in my experience the SVN icons don't refresh automatically. FYI...
