Registering Maintenance Plan
Hi,
We have just upgraded to Flare 11 with maintenance plan.
What do I do with the maintenance keys? Do I need to register them somewhere to get notifications of future releases?
Not really sure what the process is.
Thanks
Chris

Re: CHM compile has error
Does anyone have a solution to this error?
We have started getting this error on the CHM help file for one of our products.
We are using Flare 8.1 at the moment. I did download a trial of Flare v10 and get the same error.
Our project is fairly large, around 1000 topics.

Re: Script error when accessing help files
Thanks Rob,
Turning off the help in Flare 8 resolved the issue.
Will there be a Flare 8 update to address this?

Re: Script error when accessing help files
Hi Ramon,
The problem is not the output.
The problem is in the application itself. The error pops up almost every time I click a link, open a topic, save a topic etc. Pretty much constantly. It is impossible to work in the application as you are constantly getting the pop-up and need to close ...

Re: toc empty ?
Hi Urbanequokka,
I have found my solution.
If yuo browse to the following page on the webserver itself:
http://serverip/webhelpplus/service/service.asmx
(Actual path will vary according to where your files are and your directory structure)

Re: toc empty ?
Hi,
I am trying to browse to:
http://serverip/webhelpplus/default.htm
I get my webhelp pages, but no TOC.
The documentation talks about an AutoMergeCache folder being created on the web server, but I don't find this.
Regards
Chris
