MadCap Support suggested to save the file as workbook in Excel and then import it. It worked too.

We are using Segoe UI font for our English online help and PDF. After translation of Flare Project into Japanese we have not changed the font. It is the same as English. Sorry for a very delayed reply.
We are using Lingo 4. I reported this issue to MadCap Support. I have been informed that it is a bug and it will be fixed in the next release of Lingo. The bug reference is #34732.

I checked and found that TOC autosynch is already checked in the skin. I will try using snippet. We are using Dot net help. I assume snippet should work in the Dot Net help.

The problem has been solved. There was another copy of the TOC folder in the Targets folder in the Flare Project.
