The mc-toc-depth property is only used for mini-TOCs; it has no effect on your print TOC proxy.

Dave: Ideally, I'd be able to pick and choose which headings go in. I can't easily narrow it down to H2 and up, although that is my fall-back plan. It's random stuff, like I don't want the "Parameters" headings included because there are so many of them, etc. In that vein, I have a secondary issue ...

The headings are shown in the body of the document. Condition tags won't work for this.

I finally figured this out. It was actually the header line before that was causing the break. Thanks for all the help guys!

Prevent tables from starting new pages
Flare newbie here... I'm using Flare to generate a PDF document. My tables always start new pages if they can't fit entirely on the starting page. (Similar to to the way Keep With Next and Keep Lines Together would work in Word.) This seems to be default behavior for tables.
