Re: PHP Sessions and WebHelp
I was renaming it in the Windows Explorer. I am using Apache to do all of this testing wise.
You could try setting the file name to default.php in the target and rebuilding and see if that helps. If it doesn't, then you can reset it to default.htm and follow up with RamonS's suggestion.
I have ...

Formatting the html this way prevented whatever issues a table of a different class caused when embedded in another table.
I have found that putting tables inside of each other for PDF can cause hairy situations ( I haven't found a way to do it and make it produce desired results yet, Doesn't ...

Re: Images Disappearing during build
It is only a few of them.
I have captions with each image, and each image and caption is in its own Div.
When i get the build, there is a blank area the same size that image should be. I've never seen this before so i have no idea what it could be.

What is the flexibility options of making variables for headers in the page layout?

Nothing to seems to be wrong with your code.
Togglers dont really work in PDF, (or not mine at least), it just inserts the information as if it weren't contained in a Toggler.
As far as the Medium goes, I haven't ever used it, i just designate print / web by conditions if necessary.

Not sure why what your doing isn't working, but this method works.
Instead of going to the image properties, make sure you have the image and only the image selected, then right click on the image and click "Hyperlink Picture".
Should bring up a window with an option at the top that says something ...

Cant control page break
Anyone know how i could control the page breaking in the middle of the image? I have change the img style to not allow page breaks inside, but that doesn't work.
I have also tried putting a DIV around the image and its text, but that didn't work either, and now i'm out of solutions.

I ran into this issue as well, and typing "p.smallspace" didn't seem much faster to me, so i downloaded a hot key program "http://www.autohotkey.com/"
