You'll need to edit the Header.css file and add background-color: #000000; to the body.
Example:

body
{
font-family: Arial;
margin: 0;
padding: 0;
background-color: #000000;
}

Unfortunately, it gets overwritten every time you build, so you'll need to edit it before you publish.

When I click a topic, I want that topic's URL to display (e.g., http://www.blah.com/help/dothis.htm).
