I have a series of table names followed by a definition of the table and then a screen capture of the image that looks like this:

I have lost the mapping to the file and I can't take the time to keep searching for it through all of my saved documents.

I want to add page numbers to the bottom of each page in a PDF output but when i add them via "insert>footnote" it puts the number at the top of the page and draws a line at the bottom of the page...

Can someone help me out and tell me the easiest way to get my pages numbered?

When I did what you suggested it totally messed up all the formatting. Now there is more space on each page when converted into a PDF and I cannot get it to return to the formatting I had previously
