Ok,
I think I worked around the issue. I removed the in-line script and put it in a .js file in a folder under content.
Not sure why I can't put in-line JavaScript and the compiler removesit. This used to work a few months ago. I must have changes some configuration setting that I can't find ...

JavaScript Issues
Can anyone see why this page does not work? It was working previously. This main issue I can see is the JavaScript is not getting into the compiled version. It seems to be getting stripped out during the compile.

Clear Messages window
Is there a way to "clear" the Messages window with exiting and restarting Flare? I am in V6.1.0
