Thanks for the response.
We currently have two Contributor licenses - I wanted to make sure I didn't need to sit on one of them to be able to send content out for review/edit. We're just starting to attempt to integrate Contributor into our workflow, so it's all brand new for us.

Contributor in Flare?
Perhaps I've just missed this info somewhere - as the Flare user, do I also need a Contributor license? Or is the functionality included in Flare so only my SMEs and whatnot need licenses?

We also have a tabbed GUI with a help button outside of the tabbed area. What we have done is link our tab-specific topics to the F1 help call inside the tabbed area. The button itself is linked to a top level topic that basically contains a Mini-TOC for the topics that relate to each tab in that wi...
