is there a reseller of Madcap products in the Netherlands.
Until a year ago it was the company PDS.
But now I have to contact/discuss with Madscap USA. Due to timezone difference, this it quite a problem.

It seems that building over the network was the problem.
When the project was stored local (harddrive/SSD) it build well.

suddenly building my DotNetHelp target project stops with an error.
Error doesn't give mutch information.

Anybody an idea what's the problem?

I contacted MC support and its solved now.
MC sollution was:

Please go to File> Options> General and select the option to 'Import/Export Word Files Without MS Office.' After selecting that option, please click OK and then try building again.

till now I use dotnethelp as target.
but for translation purposes I would like to have my project on paper, so I changed target to Word.
now building the target results in error 10086

Maybe I should mention that the Help runs on a Win7 machine using IE11
and the latest Flare

I have a problem with using .avi movies in my DotNetHelp.
Using the insert Multimedia menu and selecting to insert an .avi file it will not start in the target.
Building the target doesn't generate an error.

I had to hack the source code.
Using the Find option I found the broken link.
What I don't understand is that
I deleted an old image1 (inclusive links) and
I add a new image2 (and made new links)
in the source code I find code for both images (1 and 2). Thats why the old (broken) link ...

I renamed the file "imssystprogoptionsprint.htm", I don't have the Analyzer program and so I can't find the broken link.

Broken link after (forgot to) rename
after renaming a topic and forgotten to click [update the links] in the project,
building wil always result in errormassages (warnings).
when I view all links to/from that renamed topic I see (see attachment, blue box) the broken link
but how do I get it removed?

Your right,
I took the projects home and trying it on my privat laptop. Because the users name is differend then at my office the target sets itself to webhelp.
I put it back to html and .............
it works.

This is what I did:
In the project open Styles.css
Right-click MadCap|Shortcut and select Add Class
I named it English
From the new class properties I select:
mc_image and browse and select the image
mc_label and enter: ‘ ‘:)
In the topic I select the image and trough Insert>Help ...

I build next language projects to html help files:
Manual-NL.flprj -> Manual-NL.chm
Manual-GB.flprj -> Manual-GB.chm
Manual-DE.flprj -> Manual-DE.chm
etc.
I build one global project to html help file:
Portal.flprj -> Portal.chm ...
Maybe next example makes it clear what I try to do.

thanx for the input but my problem occurs with HTML Help not WebHelp.
It doesn't disturb the performance but it looks rather funny.
