I think Nita's right. There isn't a setting for that.
The only way I can think of doing it, is to create the sample report data in a separate file, then take a screenshot of it and import that into the table as an image.
That way the sample data is visible, but won't be picked up by a search.

Hi Sam,
Unlike the license key, I don't think the maintenance key is stored anywhere in the installation area or the registry.
I realise you need it to be able to contact Madcap support via their online form, but, you can contact Madcap using customerservice@madcapsoftware.com.

Hi TeleTech,
In your primary target, in the General tab, you should select the stylesheet you require as your Master Stylesheet.
Try rebuilding your project after that.

One other way to get a response, is when a new release is announced.

Strangely, I've also just had a problem with conditions (in Flare 12).
I have several sets of very specific conditions, which are used according to TOC & target.
I only ever use conditions to exclude material I don't want built. However, for some reason the opposite to what you were experiencing ...

Re: Duplicate images in HTML5 Output
Hi,
There is an option in the target which you can switch off to avoid this happening.
In the Advanced tab, you'll find "Generate resized copies of scaled images".
Deselect this option and rebuild your project.

have you ever considered to use "custom hyphenation" for your words.
I think that if you highlight a word/phrase that has an underscore in it and try to create a custom rule, only the part before the underscore will be treated as a word.

In pre-2017 preview, and maybe 2017 preview, any linked pages (including pop-ups) won't work. Flare just generates the code for the preview of that page, not anything linked from the page.

Hi,
I think you must have saved a topic, whilst in Text Editor mode.
If you then launch other topics, they are launched in the same mode.
If you switch to XML Editor mode and save a topic, you should return to normal.
Cheers!

If the user types "-option3" into a search dialog box in their media viewer (PDF, HTML5, etc.), there will be no match because a hyphen does not match a nonbreaking hyphen.

Hi,
Just above and to the right of the XML Editor and Text Editor tabs, you'll see some toolbar icons. toolbar_icons.png
It looks like you've just toggled "Show blocks" to be off toggleshowblocks.png and "Show spans" toggleshowspans.png to be on.
Easily done.

The PDF has been brought into the project (copy to project) and is linked into the TOC. Everything else in the TOC displays on the published page, just not the PDFs.
Just a few things to double check.
Have you definitely pasted the .PDF file into the Content folder of your project?

Hi,
I haven't seen anything like this.
Maybe it is worth deactivating Flare and then uninstalling it and starting afresh. It might save time in the long run.
Complete uninstall instructions are available in the Flare Knowledgebase:
