Hi,
I'm not familiar with Author-It either, but I have just spotted something on the Madcap website that might help:

Re: Search Results Returning Irrelevant Topics
It's actually worth doing the following:
- Edit > Find and Replace in Files
- Enter refundable in the Find field.
- Enable the Find in Source Code option.
- And hit Find All.

Just a quick update on this...
This has been confirmed as a bug in the Side Nav output. I sent an example to Madcap Support and they were also able to replicate it in a simple test project and confirm that this does not happen in versions pre Flare 2018 r2.

Well...once you've built your target you'll have your full set of output files for that target.

By "Search tips" do you mean the search suggestion text - i.e. "Did you mean {suggestion}?"
If so, it's located in the skin, under the UI Text tab.

Press F12 in your browser and use the inspect tool to examine the HTML/CSS in the header.

Hi,
I've created workflows in Powerpoint before. You can save any slide in Powerpoint as an image file and ten just import that into Flare.
In Powerpoint select File > Save As and then click Save as Type : and choose a format like .png
That way you don't need to create them in Flare.

HTML5 output will work fine on non-Windows machines. None of our customers use Windows.
So, you should test your output on the relevant platforms, as one thing you might encounter is issues with case-sensitivity.

That's right.
Then you click on Background and you'll see an Image field.
You can use the down arrow to choose an image file or navigate to a specific image using the Select Image button alongside the field.

Hi Diane,
Well, you could try using Find and Replace and select the "Find in source code" option.
If you enter the index keyword tag in the search field - e.g.
<MadCap:keyword term="Other Term:Subterm" />
you can remove it from the topics that way.
