Re: Heading levels listed for Hyperlinks
Yes, the headings are all there within the topic. The imported material originally had tags like h1.heading1, h2.heading2 etc. which I have retagged as plain h1 (etc.). I can see the newly-tagged h1 and h2s, but not the ones I want. And manual bookmarking is not an option - there are literally 100s ...

Heading levels listed for Hyperlinks
Hopefully a simple one but can't see this in the MC Help. I'm updating the hyperlinks in some imported files. I now have four levels of heading (H1 to H4) in use. But when I choose 'Edit Hyperlink', under 'Place in this document' I can only see H1s and H2s. How do I get to see the H3s and H4s as ...

Re: js script error 'getElementsByTagName'
Many thanks for that Dave - I did have a 'default' startup topic, so have done what you suggest and will get customer to test - can't replicate here. If problem persists will raise with MC support.

js script error 'getElementsByTagName'
A customer is reporting that they get the following message when opening the .CHM file (which then proceeds to work fine...):
"Unable to get value of the property 'getElementsByTagName': object is null or undefined."
URL points to .../SkinSupport/MadCapToolbar.js
The offending code is:
FMCGetSkin ...

Re: Runtime error in CHM from import
That is, I reduced the offending line to a plain "<body>" tag.

Re: Runtime error in CHM from import
I have fixed this by removing the following line from the source in every topic:
<body onload="BSSCOnLoad();" onclick="BSSCOnClick();" onunload="BSSCOnUnload();">
I assume this is a RoboHelp hangover. Please let me know if this is likely to have broken anything!
Anything else I should strip out ...

Runtime error in CHM from import
I'm new to Flare (but not to Help tools and compilers) and I'm using version 7.2.1 (on Windows 7).
Yesterday I created a new project from an imported CHM (previously created via RoboHelp - I only have access to the output, not the sources).
This compiled and ran fine. Today I have imported three ...
