David, Nita is correct. I apologize for the misinformation I previously and unintentionally provided.

Re: Re-organizing Tabs (Content, Index, Glossary, etc.)
Hello LvZ.
I don't think reorganizing the left-right order is possible pre-processing. It probably is doable post-processing but who want to meddle with that :?

Hello again Dee.

Re: Unique Topic "ID"
Hi Jim. I have a similar need in that if a reader of the documentation wants or needs to request something, I do provide them with a topic identifier. In my case I use the system file name variable. It displays in the footer of each topic as I've included the variable on the master page. This may ...

Re: Having Skin Problems again!
Hi Dee.
Looks like you're doing things correctly. I wouldn't resort to editing the skin in notepad just yet, although you certainly could do that.

Hello BupeSonekaCarbolite.
I'll preface my response by stating I'm not entirely sure what you are wanting to do. Given the thread title "Topic file name not appearing when I use [system.title]", at face value it would appear Flare is behaving correctly.

Re: Content Explorer display topic title rather than file na
Hello Jeffrey.
No, its not possible to display the topic title in the content explorer with Flare V12. However, it is possible to display the title using the File List. In doing so, you can achieve essentially the same thing and can also sort (if needed) the File List by whatever column you want.

Re: Global Project Linking is no longer working
Hello Shawn. For whatever its worth, I too have found that the status of source is newer is not always accurate. This issue has been the case for quite some time (probably even predating V10). No apparent rhyme or reason. In my case I have enabled/selected the target option of disabling auto sync of ...

Re: Select word using double-click--is this configurable?
Double clicking a word in the text editor does select just the word (no spaces before or after). You could then switch back to the xml editor and apply the style, span, etc.

Re: Search results help?
If practical, promoting the word itself will help with the ranking. For instance, can you add WITH to the title tag and/or make it a heading 1 throughout?

Re: Search results help?
I didn't glean that dilemma initially. In that event, there may be no other alternative than to provide search instructions to the end-user that articulates the fact that searching for "WITH" should be avoided in favor of some other word(s) that you introduce to steer the user to the appropriate ...

Re: Globally update file paths in project topics?
You're welcome. Keep in mind the import is not meant to **move** files from parent to child. It is meant to **copy** them from parent to child. The idea/benefit is that you maintain the files in one place (parent) and then the importer can be used to copy the files into how ever many child projects ...

Hello ghillerson.
Have a look at this topic viewtopic.php?f=13&t=27546where I posted some suggestions for the kind of issue you are facing.
So enter:
<div class="hidden">WITH</div
a bunch of times
Hope that helps.

Personally I do not use partial word search, so I cannot say whether or not the performance degradation is "normal". At face value, it would seem logical that the build process would take longer, because the resulting search database would contain more entries.

mdeanne, you may be going about this incorrectly. :|

Re: Deleting Flare 12 filestakes an age
Hi George. While I do not use GIT (I use TFS), I've found that historically deletions are problematic in general.
What I've found that helps substantially is to perform the deletion from the source control side, not via Flare. I suggest giving that a try.
