Hi Lydia,

I have certain sub-headings that need to be accessible directly from the Bookmarks tree. I don't want these sub-headings to be added to the TOC as the TOC would become very cluttered.

Hi,

Is there a way to control the items that appear in the Bookmarks list of the PDF output. I see that only bookmarks of short lengths appear here. I tried using underscore to make them more readable, but they don't appear in the output.

Also, I don't want these bookmarks to appear in the TOC ...

I am trying to insert page breaks in my PDF documents in drop-down headings. The drop-down heading get converted to text in the printed files.

By extra spaces I mean extra lines, not extra pages.

The pages are first pages of chapters. I am using the page layout of first-right for these.

I am having trouble with my PDF output. Extra spaces and repeated bookmarks are being inserted (in the first page of some chapters) in the PDF output.

Note: I am single-sourcing HTML5 and PDF outputs.

Is there a way to format lists to two columns wherever necessary? In word, the page layout can be set to multiple columns wherever necessary by selecting the appropriate page layout. Is there something similar in Flare?

Thanks a lot Nita for the detailed example.

I have followed the steps and it is working fine now. One additional change I had to make - create new styles for p.example (without borders) as an extra border was being added for top, left, and bottom sides.
