I am finding it extremely frustrating that when I make a change to one medium (e.g. print), there is no option to 'clone' that change across to other mediums (e.g. non-print, default). Drag the shortcut in the startup program group. The only other option is to write a batch file that starts the app with any parameters needed and create a scheduled task that runs on login.
You can also use task scheduler to add Capture as a start-up task. Probably the Microsoft preferred method ...

It was interesting and educational to read about your challenges with translating and publishing this book. I imagine that many of the Flare challenges have long since been resolved via Flare updates.

I'm going on memory, so bear with me. You change that in the TOC. For the book at which the pages will reset to page 1, open that TOC item for editing. I'm not sure which tab it'll be one, but look for the Page Number controls ...
