Are those H2/H3/H4s in separate topics? Each topic is a potential search result.

Re: Printing topic in Chrome has a grey background
Do you have a gray background in the default medium or in some other element?
I just printed a topic from one of my projects from Chrome (latest, 63.0.3239.132 64-bit) and it did not print with a gray background.

Re: Page Numbers in PDF Output are off
If you scroll way over in that TOC grid view, you'll eventually find Page Number Reset, which controls whether the document keeps incrementing page numbers or starts over on a particular topic. Normally most TOC entries should not reset the page number, but this is what controls the resetting back ...

You don't need to put that style into the toolbar script. The thumbnail popup is part of the topic and you can put it in your regular style sheet.

Try setting your laptop to 200% or 300% scaling instead of 250%. That should mean that it doesn't have to dither to fill the pixel of the image that falls into that 50% on your screen and it should look cleaner.

Assuming you are using a PDF target for your release notes, you could set the option which sets heading levels using the TOC. Then you have a TOC for each x.y version and the x.* TOC includes each of the other ones one level indented.

You should also use physical dimensions (such as inches or pt) for the PDF output, as it is defined by the size of a physical document rather than on-screen formatting (which is based on pixels).

What exactly are you trying to achieve? The javascript comments suggest you want to close the dropdown if the user clicks anywhere outside it, which makes it sound like a popup rather than a dropdown.

You're confusing two different files.
The URL for a help topic in an HTML5 project looks like:

Default.htm is the master file for the help system, the one which all help calls go through. You'll find it in the top folder of your help output (a level above the ...

Frankly, I think both of your numbered lists also imported incorrectly because the two numbered items in each list imported as separate lists rather than a single list. One of them just imported more incorrectly because the following bulleted item imported without a surrounding list tag.

Web servers have a web of creating redirects, so you can specify that when they try to go to example.com/foo they get example.com/bar instead.
This is outside of the project itself, though, and the way you set this up will depend on the specific web server. You should discuss this with the webmaster ...
