I want to repeat a table row header when a table breaks across pages.
My question has been discussed in this post: http://forums.madcapsoftware.com/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=11292&p=63847&hilit=repeat+table+header#p63847
In that post, one of the contributors suggests adding the following to the css ...

Re: Hide HTML Tags in the XML Editor
Thanks, kwag_myers. That solved the problem.
I can't believer I overlooked that.
I knew it would be something simple.

Hide HTML Tags in the XML Editor
I have Flare 10.2.1
I was typing very quickly and accidentally performed a keyboard shortcut that caused HTML tags to appear in the XML Editor, alongside my content. See attached file.
I've done extensive searches to find out how to hide the tags but I can't find anything. I'm sure I'm overlooking ...

Re: Table Style - Suppress Borders & Leave All Else As Is
I figured out how to do this.
I created a new table style sheet. I set border widths to zero and wherever possible, I set other configurations to "as is" or "default."
Regards,
Steve

Table Style - Suppress Borders & Leave All Else As Is
Hi,
I created tables in Word files that I import into Flare.
I needed to precisely align graphics in some of the tables, so within some table cells in the Word files I created an inner table.
In Word I suppressed borders in the inner tables, but the containing tables do have borders. Please see ...

Exclude TOC When Importing a Word File
When I import Word files into Flare I would like to exclude the TOC that appears in the Word file.
Is there a configuration I can make to enable this exclusion?
Thanks & regards

Re: Suppress Contents Tab Header
Dave,
Thanks a ton -- scathingly brilliant. I was going to use some jQuery to remove the div from the DOM tree.
Works in Chrome and IE.

Suppress Contents Tab Header
Hi,
I would like to suppress the tab header at the top of the Contents pane. I understand it is possible, via skin configuration, to completely suppress the Index and Glossary tabs. (I'm doing this too.)
I want to keep the Contents pane but remove the tab header.
So I want to go from this ...

Re: Top and Bottom Borders for Links in Nav Panel
Hi Lisa,
Yes, that would be in the output. I was thinking that I would create some kind of post-processor to modify the output CSS, but it looks like that would not be needed, given Dave Lee's technique.
I must agree with the other poster that "On planet Flare, all must bow down to Dave Lee." (The ...

Re: Add Custom Content to Header
Dave,
I'll need a little more hand holding as I learn more about that part of the page.
I attempted to insert an image and then some text. In the output they were both rendered as links. For the image that's fine, but I need the text to be plan text. (I will add styles later via CSS.)

Re: Top and Bottom Borders for Links in Nav Panel
I discovered the answer to my question. For anyone who needs to do the same, here's what you do:
1. Open HTML5\Skins\Default\Stylesheets\Styles.css
2. Search for .tree-node.tree-node-leaf > div
3. Add the following:
border-bottom: 1px solid lightgray;

Top and Bottom Borders for Links in Nav Panel
Hi,
I'm a newbie and I have Flare 10 and I need to add top and bottom borders to the Links in the TOC navigation area. I did not see options for doing so in the skin configuration part of the UI.
Is it possible to add borders? I'm guessing I have to tweak a CSS file.
Thanks!
Steve
