Re: Bookmarks in HTML5 output do not display correctly
Having a similar problem. Were either of you able to resolve it?
Unfortunately, if I create a new project using the default out-of-the-box styles and settings, it seems to work fine so it must be some setting or style I have added, but I cannot figure out what exactly.

Microcontent search phrases
Hi there,

Automatically hide the menu proxy if there only one heading?
Hi there,
In our HTML output, we have a menu proxy that is set to display all the headings (h1, h2, h3,..) in the topic you are viewing and this looks fine when there is more than one heading in the topic. However, some topics, only have a heading 1 (see attached screenshot). Is it possible to hide ...

Re: Document title in side navigation skin
Great thread! Probably a stupid question, but I have two screens. The larger screen has a screen resolution set to 1920 x 1080 so when I align the title to where I want it, all is fine.
However, on my smaller laptop sized screen (resolution 1600 x 900), the position of the title moves. I used ...

Thanks very much Dave. I had started reading about a CSS media query called prefers-color-scheme to detect a user's browser colour preference but not sure how it could be used and I am far from a CSS expert

Re: Light and dark themes for output
Slightly off topic, but just curious. If a user switches their browser between light and dark themes and the HTML output is viewed from the browser, is there any way for the CSS/Javascript to automatically detect this and display the appropriate colour scheme?

What does the "Powered by MadCap Software" check box do on the advanced tab of a target? I looked through the documentation but could not find anything about it.
thanks,

Re: Add title to Thumbnail Image popup?
I think I saw something about this somewhere in these forums before. Not sure if it helps, but based on what I saw before, we use the following CSS:
.MCPopupContainer::after
{
position: absolute;
top: -8px;
right: -8px;
width: 40px;
height: 40px;
display: block;
content: "";

Re: Thumbnail behavior
Hi there,
I had issues with cross-references to bookmarks when fixed header was set to Web. Madcap support offered the following solution:
1. Set Fixed Header to All
2. Open the css in a text editor
3. Scroll to the bottom and paste the following:
.MCPopupContainer
{
z-index: 1001;
}
