Somes images have <p><img> others just have <p>

Hi there,

I'm not quite sure what to make of this.

Some of my images are contained in <p> and <img> tags as per the blocks, while others are simply within a <p> without the <img> tag. I should note that in this case all images are within a drop-down, and then again within a 2nd drop-down if that ...

Re: crop doesn't auto-scroll?

Yep, Snagit scrolls with the crop tool. It does a lot of things well. But hey, Snagit can't "uncrop" a cropped image like Capture can 8)

I had to check out what you meant because Ctrl Z works fine to 'uncrop'.
I see what you mean now in Capture, but that raises a question: how can you crop the ...

Re: crop doesn't auto-scroll?

Unfortunately, cropping in Capture is a one-shot thing; there is no option for a crop box with anchor points, or the ability to edit a crop region before committing. So, that's a feature request: https://www.madcapsoftware.com/feedback/featurerequest.aspx :)
.

Haha. I just submitted. Good thing ...

Re: crop doesn't auto-scroll?

Hi lise. Yes, I think you have found a bug. I don't know if it is on MadCap's known bugs list, so a bug report is the way to go: https://www.madcapsoftware.com/feedback/bugs.aspx

As a workaround, you can zoom out before doing your crop (see the zoom tools on the lower toolbar, or CTRL+minus), but ...

crop doesn't auto-scroll?

Hello. New to Capture - evaluating to see if it meets my needs.

I've encountered an issue with crop and I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

When a screen capture is larger than what the capture editor can display (which is often considering the screen space taken up by the Editor toolbars and other ...

Re: Best way to apply different fonts to tables

You can set the font size in the table CSS in either the Rows or Columns tab of the TableStyle Editor . If you want .75em in some tables and .85em in others, I think the easiest way is to have a different CSS for each table style. Mixing sizes in the same table is going to be a manual process. What ...

Best way to apply different fonts to tables

I have a custom css and I also use table css for my table (which of course only applies to structural things).
From what I have read, many people use <p> styles in each cell (and it turns out there are <p> tags in each cell of my table).
I like things simpler.
I thought I was being really smart by ...

Re: Mixed alignment in footer

Lise, welcome to the forums! :)
The mirroring action will mirror page margins and (I think, therefore) the locations of frames on the page: body frame, decoration frame, footer frame, and so forth. But it will have no affect on content within a frame, and your table is content. Your only option ...

Re: Mixed alignment in footer

When mirroring a page layout for print, is there any way to apply that mirror effect to a footer that consists of a 2-column table?

Like many here I want some text justified left and some justified right in my footer, so I created a table for it directly in the footer of my Right page.
But when I ...
