I am fairly new to flare and have been trying really hard to generate a word doc from a single topic. Following are the steps I followed to generate word output for a single topic:
1. Created a primary target
2. Created a new TOC
3. Added the topic to TOC.
4. Built the primary target.

This link helped me with creating list items under a single <ol> tag and solved my problem.

For some strange reason each time I name a numbered list and link the name to a toggler, the named element is limited to just the first item in the entire numbered list.
So when I insert the toggler and preview the content in webhelp output, only the first item in the list can be seen in the expand ...
