The side menu loads slowly and sometimes does not load at all - instead of the menu I just see the top section of it and nothing else renders. I have to do a refresh to load it fully.

This worked for me as well. Used the <script>/*<![CDATA[*/ to get Flare to ignore the syntax error and compile it.

If more sites are using Google Tag Manager, Madcap may need to look at supporting the syntax.

Unfortunately I don't have Lingo. I'm sure there is a way, but i think it would have to involve word counting the source files, and manually counting the snippets using word or something. Will reach out to support first.

I'm trying to work out how to get a word count that takes into account the single sourcing.

The report has the target word count, but it does not seem to account for the fact that a lot of the output is single sourced via snippets.

The Snippets section of the report does not seem to have a option ...

There are two html topics that were incorrectly named with captials, so i renamed them to lower case. The word did not change, just the case of the first letter in the file name.
