Re: Recommendations on managing revision history
Interesting approach, Choccie.
The business users are conflicted on what they want.
I've been thinking about "requiring" the use of annotations, when a change is made to a topic, using the annotation as a "source" of Historical content, i.e. receive the revised topic (with track changes on) and ...

Hi,

Would you create a variable for each individual and place it in the snippet, in case the individual may be identified in multiple support groups?

Managing Cross References
Hi,
I'm still pretty new to Flare and CSS.
I created some cross references to topics with a poor choice of words - e.g."Step 1" rather than a more meaningful value, like "Add Customer"

Bullet - I'm missing something
I am extremely new at Flare and Styles.....
I don't understand what the bulleted list options do in Flare
For example, if I choose Square Bullet List, it has no effect on either non-print or print mediums.
What am I missing?

I set up a sample word document with H1, H2, and H3 as well as a Word TOC and imported the document using several different import settings.
I can not seem to get the results that you indicated.
Appreciate your time.
Thanks.
