QPerch,
Wow, that is weird behavior! Always Times New Roman is weird!
#1 Can I assume that Avenir is a custom font? I've encountered challenges in the past with custom fonts and HTML5 outputs.
In past, we worked around the font issues by:
1) Adding the font files into the Content/Resources ...

I suspected it would be like that. Thank you though, for the corroboration in behavior. Ah well, will submit another bug to support.

Upper size limit on topics
Has anyone experienced bad Flare behavior on large topics?
I have one or two topics in a developer reference that are large (in terms of topic length) but only 300 KB on disk. (ok, I guess that's large in terms of an all-text file)

Re: Pop-up image not displaying full-screen in Flare 2019
I just got back from MadWorld, where I talked to MadCap Support about issues with image thumbnail popups.
They admitted that there were several late-in-release bugs with the behavior of image thumbnail popups.
I would probably write them up a bug report with what you're seeing, especially if the ...

I've had templated Flare projects where we had a PageLayout (and its associated heading styles) specifically for a Part page that worked as dividers between the chapters.

I investigated LTR very briefly, when we had a requirement for Arabic and Hebrew help systems in an existing Help system - Tripane and TopNav.

Search results and focus to hit in topic
Is there a way to ensure that a search result navigates/focuses to the first search hit in the topic?
Search highlighting worked as expected; I've added it into my stylesheets for my TopNav.

Thank you ChoccieMuffin.
So funny/strange that footnote position: page is the most granular Flare allows. I would have thought there would be something a little more granular for use with tables.

TopNav skin width + TOC nodes hidden by browser scrollbar
For my TopNav HTML5 help, I'm experiencing a problem with the TopNav menu items "bumping into" and being hidden by the browser scrollbar at 100% screen usage (1900x1200 resolution).
I use a skin where I've set the Main width to 93% - to allow the most usable amount of TopNav Top Menu real estate ...

I'm using prism.js as well.
Easy to incorporate into your projects, and as long as you follow their tagging standards, and you know the language of the code block you receive, it's great!
Tried to use prettify at a point in the past, but the prism.js is superior.

TR Lisa,
Interesting that it didn't change what you needed. I utilized the exact code from Soledad templates to make my panels. Just adjusted the div.home-tiles > div class so that it turned the cards white background with a red top border:
div.home-tiles > div

float: left;

You should always default to your source control and team's branching strategy, but some practices that are good.

Re: Flare 2018 XML editor is laggy when editing topics
Do you have the XML Editor set to use the web layout or the print layout? Very long topics viewed in print layout mode will definitely be harder/slower to work with than those same topics viewed in web layout, and perhaps this is now even more noticeable in Flare 2018. (I can’t confirm as I haven’t ...

Re: How long until deleted topics leave search results?
I second Dave Lee's response - it may be a server/replica caching issue. We had similar issue where we'd publish new content to Akamai host, but it wouldn't refresh CSS or JS files for hours/days. It was a caching issue between all the load-balanced servers not calling home to get the new content ...

Flare 2018 XML editor is laggy when editing topics
Anyone notice lagging in the XML editor when editing topics, especially copy/pastes?
On Windows 7 box, Flare 2018 XML editor sometimes takes 2-3 seconds apiece to copy/paste blocks of text.
Project I'm in isn't huge but since I'm retagging things and reorganizing sections, I'm doing a lot of copy ...

My question is sort of the opposite of Single-sourcing multiple targets from the same Flare project.
