Yes, all have the same page layout file, just different attributes on them. I have even tried to bring those that work in and it didn't work in this book.
I recreated my project file last night from scratch. I created a new Page Layout page and can get the text to appear where it should.

I have reduced the name of the doc and it still won't fit. It isn't any longer than the other names and is done with the same style. But I still can't get it to work.
