We publish an HTML5 output of our entire help system every month. When we look through the "output" files, there are random folders (containing HTML files) that are missing. No rhyme or reason, different folders every month, but it's never a complete set of folders.
Does anyone else have this ...

Can I bump this back up and ask if this has ever been fixed?
I have my glossary links marked as, and in the Tripane skin it works perfectly.
It doesn't seem to work in SideNav or TopNav skins.
