Lingo 10
I implemented Lingo 10 and so far the main advantage I have seen is a considerably improved processing speed. I will go through other parts step by step and let you know if I run into issues.

Are you using Lingo for the translation or are you creating bundles and export them?

your concept will not work for Lingo, because once you add languages to the project Lingo will create a separate set of files for each language as shown in the attached sample screenshot. While you can create one bundle containing all languages and then sent this to the vendor to let him ...
