Second, how do I copy and paste a duplicate bullet into a list? It keeps pasting indented a level, and I can't figure out how to remove that level without (again) editing the text source?

If I find a small error on a page and change a few words, then I have to (a) recompile the D2H project, which takes half an hour, and (b) download the 3000 files which also takes a while. And although I don't pay for file transfers, it's obviously extremely wasteful to transfer 3000 files to get ...

Does the top of your page have a "MapCap variable" when you are viewing the footer with the page count info in it? And are there brackets with arrows indicating you are viewing ...

Flare does do automatic reformatting when you move in and out of the Text Editor to see the source code, but it usually tidies up my sloppy code formatting, not messes it up.

Have you tried using <em> </em> instead of Italics? Do you get the same result?

We've noticed this too and I have been meaning to file a bug. The superscript appearance also occurs if you apply a condition tag to a span of text within a table.

It's in the actual link properties. Right-click on the link and it shows the properties, with some options.

You may be able to set a default, but the way these are working now is pretty confusing. Several seem to do the exact same thing...

I used to use 'open in new window/tab' and the whole help ...

So, the madcap doc on this is pretty obscure:
window? frame? hiding? 'new' also doesn't say it opens in a new browser window with no TOC/nav. removing all other framesets?
same frame? sheesh. would be nice if it were explained but looks like I'll have to try each one to see how it works

I have this working now. I tried it in a separate project (I use one project as a "sandbox" and one as a "live" doc suite). It seems to be working in my live project - I'm not sure what the difference is. The styles appear to be in all mediums in my sandbox project too ...
