Here is a file-by-file way to get around this issue from a post by an Adobe employee on their forum. I've had to resort to this as no fix has come from Adobe and I need to get some PDFs distributed to my teams. It's apparently not just Flare PDFs that have the issue.

in my HTML5 online help I have created a new toolbar button, when clicked a topic will be opened. Works fine.

Re: Automatic Image Resizing Needed
for your browser html5 screenshots you can make your screenshots/images responsive by making an image class.
My image class "Image_Screenshots" has unclassified parameter "max-height: auto" and "max-width: 100%.

Need more details for the "Compute sub-entries" option
Hi all,
in the TOC options is the "Auto-generate" tab.
In "Action" you can define how Flare update the TOC entries
- as is
- Inserte Computed Entries
- Replace with Computed Entries
I´ve read the help, so far so good. But what means these options.

Non breaking space IE, FF and Chrome
Hi all,
I´m wondering because when using IE and Firefox, the non breaking space between my measurement values is always visible. But when using Google Chrome is is lost. It it not enough to make non breaking space, have I define more?
Thx

Hi Madeline,
in the meantime, do you have a solution for slow running flare / mouse lagging issues?
Because I´ve the same problem since Flare V12 / 64bit.

Why using Topic templates?
I do not understand why it makes sense to create topic templates.

Hmm, I´ve checked a lot of variations in the stylesheet without any results.
I tried this
".MCPopupContainer:after". And also this "MadCap | MCPopupContainer:after"
But the button does not appear in the popup window.

In my topics I use
- context sensitive xrefs for internal links between the topics
- hyperlinks for external links, e.g. to a website.
The cross reference format for
- Medium non-print is {para},
- Non-Print is {quote}{para}{quote} {pageref}.

Importing Adobe Illustrator AI native not possible?
Hi all,
we are thinking to change our general vector format from EPS to AI.
Now I´m a bit surprised why flare does not supports the AI format instead EPS. I thought/hope, ghostscript eats both, right.
No AI in flare? I can not think I´m right
