I've seen that others have Font Awesome working and have tried to follow other posts to get this resolved, but am running into a wall. I'm not sure if my setup is different than others, so I'll try to give as many details as possible.

You can create a bookmark on/next to the image (highlight image, Insert tab > Bookmark) and link the TOC entry to that particular bookmark, if you want the user to remain within the topic. Otherwise, when you view the TOC entry properties, you can select a link, change the Files of Type dropdown to ...

I BELIEVE that is part of the Madcap | toggler class in your stylesheet. Changing this will change all togglers to whatever you want, if that's the intended goal. If there are some togglers you don't want to change, you should be able to create a separate selector for that class. I hope that helps.

We've had the same problem, actually. We merge at runtime for multiple projects, and found that any output in the subsystems folder had the same spinning issue when searching. We determined that the master project we used was republished in r2, but all other projects had been built using Flare 12 ...

This worked perfectly for me! I have my Flare output integrated into our LMS, and I'm able to track searches now. However, I'm unable to get zero-result search terms pulled up. Has anyone been able to figure that out?
