Could you post an image of what the company websites look like, to give some context?
I am quite interested in 'hacking' the skins etc to customise them beyond the basics. With the help of some other Flare authors, I got out Top Nav looking quite smart. I think, there is a lot of scope to go beyond ...

Re: Editing image thumbnail style
I had the same issue.
To resolve it, I set the border-radius property in img.thumbnail to 0px and that overrides the skin on compile by the looks of it.
When it pops out, the pop out itself still has rounded corners... that's because div.MCpopupcontainer also gets a 5px radius from topic.css as ...

Re: Table Columns expand when generating HTML5 help
What are your table width settings?
You can set fixed or automatic column widths, so i'd wager to say thats something to do with this issue.

So, I was doing some further research on this at the weekend and found, arguably, the best Flare customization related article I've ever read.

It always runs off the screen once, then after that first time its always left. So a bit weird.
I'll carry on looking into it.

Forcing Top Nav menus to open in a particular direction
I have spoken to a couple of other Flare authors about this, and nobody could think of a way.
I am not giving up though, so I dug through the Madcap customer showcases and found a top nav that works how I want.

I think the answer is - not possible... but I'm going to put it out there anyway.

Whats wrong with GA?
I am tracking search terms with it. Its free, easy to implement and gives you a vast amount of data well beyond what Pulse would.
You should also consider doing a bit of custom coding to add the bits you need, it would probably end up cheaper. A great Flare author from the ...

Does the word count in Analyser include the words used in stylesheets, scripts, skins etc? Or is it purely topics?
Thanks.

Thats great, thanks Uwe.
I think source control should be OK, as I am not expecting to use any of the internal features. Its the same in my Flare project, its in a repo but I don't use the functionality within flare to control it - thats what Tortoise is for.

Hi All,
So, I have moved onto making a PDF for my project. I have quite a Top Nav that's in decent shape now.
I am wondering how folks deal with links in PDFs. Just style them differently? Condition them out?

Managed to work this one out. Simply use the background-position property. Then use xpx ypx format. So I used 6px 6px to nudge the image in and down.

div.note image styling
Hi All,
How would I go about adding a bit of padding to this image in the left hand side of the div.note?
https://ibb.co/diwsTF
It stays in the top left corner there and I want to move it to align in the middle vertically.
