Maybe I'm too much of a Word user, but is there a way in Flare 4 to click-and-drag a text box to place it just where I want? Sometimes we have text boxes (in Word) that are not aligned to any margin and may need to move based on content.

Is there a way to zoom in when authoring Print layout? Right now it only seems to be valid when I'm in Web layout.

Is there a way I can set a list sequence default? I couldn't find anything in the style sheet and since I space out my list items (causing the sequence to start over with each new item) I have to manually set the "Continue Sequence" spec for each numbered item.

Does anyone know if it's possible to launch Webhelp with search results passed in a search string from another application? I'm looking for a way we can embed a search box in some of our programs where clients could enter search terms, click the "Search" button and Webhelp would be launch with ...

Dave, I really like that approach too. We'll have to play around with it and see which way will work best. Right now I don't know if we'll ever need to go back to Word with our output so the style approach may work.

I just tried doing that and I think that will be the quickest way.

In procedural steps we write (using Word), we include a checkbox the left of the step number so clients can check each step they've completed. How can I accomplish this in Flare? From what I've seen, I can either use a bullet or a number; not both.

If SSE is required for Flare 4, I won't be able to upgrade.

No, Word handles Ctrl-Y as a repeat command. I have requested this for Flare because I'd use it quite a bit (as I do in Word).

I can't access anything from the Internet through Flare due to our corporate network environment. I hope later versions offer a place where I can define proxy server information.
