Thank you! I added the following to my CSS and it worked well:

ul.navigation ul.sub-menu {
border: 1px solid #0033a0;
padding-top: 0;
padding-bottom: 0
}

Without the padding, I was getting an odd transparent gap below single menu items.

I was just wondering if someone can tell me how to add a border to the top nav menu? Not the menu items.

I took the easy route and increased the Main Page Maximum Width in the top nav skin, which worked like a charm.

Unfortunately, I updated lots of styles. :( But I know I didn't update any divs. I did, however, update my body and p styles. Would this be the cause?
