Thank you - I thought of that but I was not sure how to exclude everything else. As far as I know, there is no way to say "include only condition A and excludes everything else , even content that is not conditionalized". But I could be wrong.

I am looking for a way to create an output of a user guide (preferably HTML but PDF is acceptable) that includes only the figures.

This output would facilitate (1) review of figures and (2) distribution of figures with the rest of the organization.

I am guessing this could be done with a script ...

Sorry - no words of wisdom to offer but I share your pain. We are in a very similar situation (lots of products, multiple product versions, many deliverable types, PDF and HTML outputs, translation, SVN for source control, regulated industry, etc.). We have not set up global projects yet ...

Is it there a way to show the last saved date (or any other variable) in the list of topics generated from a concepts proxy? E.g., instead of displaying, for example:
Topic 1
Topic 2
Topic 3

Display in reverse chronological order
10AUG2023 Topic 3

I've been asked to publish Flare HTML5 projects to SharePoint. The HTML output, which looks just fine when viewed from File Explorer, is missing all the skin elements in SharePoint. Does anyone know which settings in either Flare or SharePoint I should change?

Where to the words "on the next page" and "on the facing page" in cross-references in PDF output come from? Is there a way to force the system to always use "on page x" instead?

Has anyone used MadCap Flare to create PDF output with layers?

I want to create a single guide for both beginners and advanced users. It seems I can do this with PDF layers.
The beginner simply has to display the “Details” layer to get more information.

Not sure if this will help in your situation, but in the past, I have had success with the object-fit property to size images inserted in a table

I downloaded a template from the MadCap website that is specifically intended for PDF output (Monterey template from https://www.madcapsoftware.com/downloads/madcap-flare-project-templates/)

The stylesheet for this PDF project uses px for padding, margins, etc. Wouldn't it make more sense to use ...
