I am trying to figure out why the names of my cross-references are not appearing in the HTML5 output even though they are appearing in the topic editor - Layout (Web).
Here's what I have for the MadCap | xref style, which follows MadCap's online help.

Importing from Framemaker and bullets

Coronado Template href
Whenever I replace "Sample Landing Topic.htm" with a new topic (e.g., "Test.htm") it doesn't link to the new topic. I am modifying the Coronado template and want to eliminate the link to Sample Landing Topic in the Home.htm topic and replace it with my own. See the attached screenshot.

Table of Contents for PDF Output
I am new to Flare and I'm still learning how to use styles. I cannot figure out why the first entry in my TOC is indented. See the attachment. I have the indentation set correctly for the other entries, but no matter how I arrange the entries, the first one is still indented too far. Any ideas ...

Re: Creating a Note
Is there also a way to make the text after "- Note" to automatically be bold?

Creating a Note
Hi,
I'm new to Flare and I am having trouble creating a Note style with two different colors, and to default as "Note". See attached. I've imported this style from Word just fine, but I can only get the text as green. How do I add different styles to a single note?
