When you use a snippet, the paths have to be adjusted so they point to the right place based on where the snippet is inserted. I have a table with a hover function - image 1 reveals image 2 on hover then returns to image 1 when no longer hovering over it.

This works fine on my Home page.

However, when I copied and pasted, or inserted the same table as a snippet, I had a persisting problem:

If it's actually called "in column", then that's invalid because a class name can't contain a space.

For example, if you add div.in column {} to your stylesheet, that means style the "column" tag inside the "div.in" tag.

Maybe show the actual CSS you're using.

I don't have my project published yet hence wanted to link the icon to an internal topic page.

I inserted the JS into one icon but don't know why the same JS got inserted in my other icons :shock: ...meaning when the user clicks on any of the icons they will land on the same ...

I have an icon in my ToolBar named New.

When the user clicks this icon, I want them to be taken to the New topic page within the project.

The button sits here:
Project > Skins > ToolBar > Styles > New

I created a new DIV in my stylesheet, called in column. It has a certain height, width, margin and a darkish background.

When I look for this DIV to apply it to a paragraph in my topic, this DIV is not in the list/table.

Did you try:

Note the order of double and single quotes.

I've trawled through the internet and followed YouTube videos but still cannot work out how to put a hover over image1 that reveals image2. On mouse out image1 displays again.

My images don't have a URL - they are within my Project folders.

have you checked the skin file via editor?

I would make a copy first of the skin file :lol:

When you look in the skin file you can search "Separator".

I removed an icon from my toolbar but the separator is still visible

Skin > Toolbar > Styles > Toolbar Button Separator - there is no option here to remove just the 1 separator.

Question: how can I remove that 1 separator please

You can only remove them from the software used to create them and if you have the 'master' file. If you are using Capture it will be the .props file that should be in the same folder as the image (it will have the same name).

If you don't have the source file you would need some serious image ...
