We have also had a lot of users find that they have to reregister frequently. We have WebHelp systems and use Feedback Server v1. Some of the reasons this has occurred:
- user registers with IE, and then uses a different browser (e.g. Firefox or Chrome) to leave a comment.

No Recent Comments
I also can't see any Recent Comments. However comments do appear in the Topic Comments pane, and they have been added and approved in the last 24 hours.
