Can you convert a longish code snippet into a dropdown?

Hello,

For HTML5 output, I am trying to convert a fairly long code snippet into a dropdown with the hotspot being a lead-in sentence/word: click the sentence/word and the code snippet displays. Off hand, I don't see a way to do this without mangling the code snippet. Any suggestions are appreciated ...

Extend footer across side navigation skin (HTML 5)

Hello,

We're using a side navigation skin for our HTML 5 Help deliverable. We have a header and a footer on both the Home Launch page (which does not have the side navigation skin) and on the underlying contents pages, where the side navigation skin is incorporated. The header extends the width of ...

Side Nav Panel does not display in HTML5 Help output

Hello,

We're a first-time implementer of MadCap Help. We've packaged HTML5 Help with a Side Navigation panel skin. The skin template is derived from one of the sample skins found on the MadCap Resources web page. We did some minor customizing to the CSS and HTML, but did not touch any of the ...

Ah, that's good to know. We will probably take that approach--providing the browser engine. Thank you, Dave.

Re: HTML 5 Help deployment w/out internet connection

Thank you, Dave. Much appreciated. All right, a real newbie question: is there any realistic way to view/navigate the HTML5 Help without a browser installed on the local system?

Customizing Side Navigation Skin display

Hello,

I'm new to MadCap and am looking for pointers, resources, and suggestions for customizing a side navigation skin--that is, how would we add/edit style elements to include ones not listed/defined in the Styles panel of the HTML5 Skin Editor? At this point, a basic overview of how the .flskn ...
