I have selected Synchronize navigation elements with TOC entries for my HTML output, because I need to have links to the same topic from several places in the TOC.
However, I have found that the links still go to the first listed location rather than following the TOC entries.

My html output is accessed from a separate knowledge base site. I have been asked to add a link back to the knowledge base from all the html pages. I thought it would look best to do this by having a hyperlink back to the knowledge base as an option in the top navigation menu.

I seem to have solved my problem.

I'm not sure why it helped, but I saved the image as a png rather than a jpg, and it's there now. I guess it could have been an image size problem, as the png is much smaller, but weird that it was ok for other targets.

If I don't open a topic for a while (several months or so), I often find that when I come to look at it all the spaces between sentences have gone. Is this a known issue?
Apart from making sure I regularly open all the topics in my project, is there a way to stop this happening?
