Why doesn't Flare give a warning when there's text outside of paragraph tags?

Never mind. I found the problem. The document that the H5s were in started with an H4. But looking at the TOC, it's a logical H5, which makes the H5s logical H6s. And since we had that checkbox checked, and we don't have an H6 style, it used the Flare default font.

When I insert a mini-TOC proxy, I set the TOC depth to one more than the header level of the topic (I only have one header level in each topic).

I would recommend that you clone the repo using Git Bash/Command Line into a folder in your Flare Projects folder, then open that copy of the project as a new project. This is how I do it.
