No luck either Schultza, but I find the Rotate posibility miserable anyway.
It should be possible to do customized rotating. And also with lines.
Let us both make a request!

Re: Error Message: Failed to copy and resize image
I ran into the same problems today and I resolved it by disabling the option 'Generate resized copies of scaled images' in the tab Advanced of the Target output.
Maybe this helps for you too.

Re: Using Flare output for Training Courses
Hi, I am also busy creating a Training at this moment with Flare and Capture.
I just create it as a WebHelp. Of course I have made different styling.
The advantage I like is that it is easy to jump back to subjects using the TOC.

Just to share with anyone who likes this.

Re: Best Source Control/Backup: Perforce? CVS? Other?
If your only goal is to backup, then I would advise the suggestion of Steve: use SyncToy.
I use it for years now and configured it to backup my work every day during lunch time.
Just try it. It is free and harms nothing.
After that you can always try another package.

Just open the file and click on the Save button and you will be asked to remove the link.

It works excellent at my place.
I have set the Page break after also to avoid and the widows and orphans are set to 2.jeff_japp wrote:I tried creating a <div.KeepTogether> tag and set the inside page break to "Avoid"

Re: Update dictionary at a central location
You are completely right about the External sources Andrew.
I like it and I use it a lot now. It is great.
In Flare 6 using the GPL is not completely correct. That's a one direction go. There you synchronize from the source to your project not the other way around.
But, I am happy now.

Re: Indent a table in a topic
Hi Lisa
You don't need two paragraphs. Just insert the blockquote then insert the table.
This is not correct. If you do the blockquote disappears (at my place at least). In fact this is a bug.
Or, better yet, create a table class that has margin-left set to 40px or something, then on a blank ...

Re: Indent a table in a topic
First of all:
My opinion is that it should be possible to indent a table simply (I hoped this was done in Flare 7), but I do it as follows (It looks crazy, but ok):
In front of the <p> tag I create a blockquote (press Tab and select blockquote) which you can position easily.

Thanks for your reply.
Also, you won't notice Auto Suggestion is working until you start typing in content. It's not that the feature scans your project and then makes suggestions. It happens as you are entering text, sort of the way AutoText works in Word.

Auto Suggestion option seems not to work at my place
Does anyone already has experience with the new Auto Suggestion option?
I would like to work with it, but nothing happens although I have checked the settings.
What I can see is that probably the scanning of my project does not work. (In Flare 6.1 I always saw it processing)
Suggestions?

This is great.
Now in Flare7 it is solved by using External Resources and synchronizing the dictionary.
