Hi Bob,
Thanks. But I think that's not the problem.
I know exactly how to deal with embedded or linked images. See http://forums.madcapsoftware.com/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=7611 where I suggested solutions for some problems with it.
I mean, the issue appears when I open the document in the publish ...

Maybe I misunderstand you, but you can set FTP in your Destination file and publish your stuff to it.danielg wrote:How about FTP...? Was this considered during the conceptualization phase for Review..? Would it even be feasible?

Image not in Word2007 Heading
When I publish my project to MS Word 2007 (with extension docx in Output file) the image in the heading is disappeared, although when I open the document in the Output directory (that is, when using View document after building), it is ok.

Thanks Ramon,

I use Flare for that purpose since a while.
Test documents maybe built up of dozens of small topics.

So, the only difference is the OS.
Shall I make a bug request referencing to our posts?

Re: Pictures in dropdown text breaking across page
Yes Gary,
A nice tip, because the issue is not only valid for dropdown text, but also for blockquotes.
I just put an empty paragraph in front with the smallest font possible.
Indeed a very simple work-around. Possibly it has something to do with orphans and widows not good functioning?

Preview topic with bookmark in PDF output crashes Flare
I am creating a document to be compiled to a PDF output.
I can preview a topic, but as soon as I create a hyperlink to a bookmark in another topic Flare crashes.
Normal compiling the project is ok.

Hi Andrew,
Thanks for comment.
Yes, I know the SHIFT+ENTER, but sometimes I also need a list within the table and in that case.
Besides that, what happens is that columns can differ from each other which doesn't looke nice:

How to avoid that a style changes after pressing ENTER
Every time when a table is used each uses a certain style.
By default this will be th for headers and td for the other cells.
However, at the moment that you add a new line in a cell, the style of the cell changes to p argraph style.

Hi Marie-Claire,
You might right-click in the table and use the option Table Size. Then you can select the Reset Heigth option.
However, this one is valid for the complete table!

I think a lot of things can be improved in Capture, but I have also to break a lance for it. There are also many things I like (Especially the variables I can include and the recapture feature!). I use it every day and yes, sometimes I need SnagIt.

As far as I rembember you are working with PageLayouts, isn't it?
In that case, open the PageLayout and in the HeaderFrame insert a variable. The variable you insert has to be from the variable set 'Heading'. There you can choose one of the levels.

I am not sure if this is the case in your situation, but most of the times (at least that was in my case) it has do to with the setting of the Master Stylesheet in the Project Properties. Espacially if you have the choice out of more than 1 stylesheet at this place.
