Yes. Two differences to note: 1) no 'startup scan' is being performed on the sample projects, and 2) the sample projects have over 300 fewer topics than the project in question (which was imported from RH into v3 months ago). And FWIW, the problem was happening both before and after XP SP3 was ...

Moving the cursor/I-beam from character to character, word to word, and line to line using the arrows keys seems quite a bit slower/delayed than in v3. I'm assuming it has something to do with Analyzer and/or Intellisense even though I have both disabled.
