Hi,
I had exactly the same problem, and posted a similar question.
The result was as Dave suggested, in your call, get the developers to add the default_csh.htm into the path, similar to the example below.

Hi All,
Just a brief update,
The developers found a solution by using the following call (hardcoded within the application):
://help/folder/default_csh.htm#app/module/page.htm
Many thanks for the help and suggestions

Re: Image Map Border
Hi,
I don't know of a way of doing this directly from within Flare, but if you have Capture installed, then you can send the image directly to capture from within Flare, and apply the borders you require to the image, and after saving the image will be updated in Flare.
Regards
Adrian

Hi Dave,
To explain the problem,
Each screen in the application has a name comprised of the Window and Tab (e.g. WIndow = Receipt, Tab = Summary).
When the csh is called from the application, the developers are passing the Topic, Window and Tab names as the parameters
e.g. /Receiving/Receipt%20 ...

Hi,
There is a reason, and that is that the screen is only named NewScreen 1 for a particualr client, all of the other clients know the screen as Screen 1.
Therefore, I would have to have a specific help file for one client, which is a lot more administration.
